Hello, I are experiencing a bug in the devices( shield battery, heavy plasma satellite, weapons battery) they simply do not appear in the quick slot (big personal tray) with much fight I can put one device.
Yesterday I got a Hirogen ship, I could not put the devices and even the skill of the bridge officers do not appear in the new ship.
I switched back again to the previous ship, and neither the skill nor the devices appeared.
This bug only happens with the character of the fleet, romulans and klingons are functioning normally.
Sorry for my bad english, I'm Brazilian and I speak only Portuguese
