Never recived My Risa Corvette from summer event.

Race ferengi,
Never recived box after turning in my items from the summer event.
1, turned in items to the rep summeer event.
2, I clicked to get reward... nothing happened.. ?
3. I then closed the windows and re opened and clicked on it again to accept.
4, then the game crashed.
5. Reloged in after the verify. and the event in reps was gone. looked in inventory and bank. and it wasn't there either??
6. I have written in several report to you all on this issue. I have heard nothing back.
I found out about this way to report issues from last weeks Twerk vlog.
Very helpful and fun.
I do look forward to Delta rising. and will buy my delta pack very soon. I look forward to many hours enjoying STO this fall.
I hope you can figure out what happened to my ship. my ferengi is most unpleased she can't outfit her new ship..
