Dilithium exchange problems. Buying order for 9991 zens stucked there.

Hey, I put buy order for zens on 28 when price was little higher. But right after mainthance price started to going down so wanted to withdraw me stuff. When i found out i cant .

3 Me slots got error Failed to cancel dilithium exchange offer . Internal error.

So atm there is hanging order for 9991 zens hanging there.

Tried to wait for Next maintnance . That USUALLY CLEAR it . THIS time it doesnt. ( again )

Could you manually Unblock it ?

    Man, didnt you had that issue not so long ago ? How long did it take them to fix it ? 8 weeks ?:eek:

    I dream about white chrisssstammasss. And about Cryptic fixing zen stuff bugs which they are here FOREVER and ever :)

    2 Weeks stucked . Last time it was 8 weeks. How long its gonna be now ?

    Jeez, this is happening AGAIN?

    I remember how long it took them last time. That was annoying enough, but with how much the zen market is fluctuating right now you could lose a LOT from this bug this time.

    Come on, Cryptic. This isn't cool -- step up your game.

    That is a LOT of Zen to be hanging around somewhere in limbo. I would not be pleased :eek:

    Makes me hesitant to exchange Dil for ZEN and vice versa or use this exchange at all. :mad:

    Better not to buy any ZEN till this is fixed!

    Very disappointing! I shall spend my money on beer and booze in the meantime.

    Hope it takes them sooner to fix this. To have it happen once is one thing, just unfortunate circumstances.

    To have it happen twice? It's a pattern. Cryptic really ought to look into this, it doesn't inspire confidence especially when buying Zen with $.

    Go to the Arc Support Centre and explain your problem.

    As sincere man with CS told me, that its taking time to send bug ticket again as reminder

    So there is new number

    #2,756,034.


    So kinda having inside bet in me head. Last time it took 8 weeks to fix. Atm its 29 days. when it will end ?

    Did someone tried working on it. Cause at 2.38.33 am the time. Some of the zen got out of it. 14 zen was bought for 198 . And in same time 586 zen was bought for 157 . Kinda im confused by this system

    Buy order on STUCKED stuff go through . why 421 zens ? why in time when servers were DOWN ?

    And kinda how can it go through, when stucked zen doesnt even show up on dil exchange ? :)

    Well nothing going on. and this is the reason im telling people Dont put any money into this game. when they cant fix BASIC INGAME MONEY ISSUES

    Don't understand why these issues aren't addressed in a more timely fashion as it doesn't instill confidence in ppl to bother putting real money into the game when it could just hang there never completing transactions.

    these bugs should be top of the list for fixes rather than being left to hang for so long

    One of key elements of the game isn't working properly, or at least it's working in very strange fashion... Feel kinda lucky when I remember how many times I posted on Dilithium exchange.

    But as it was said before, someone should resolve it, the sooner the better.

    well its seems pretty simple: customer support does not result in direct cash income

    Well, if your 100 bucks ingame get stucked for almost 6 weeks atm and last time 8 weeks . Yes, it doesnt end up in opening a wallet and depo . And kinda telling on this example EVERYONE who i can. Dont put ANY money to this " lovely " game

    Well I don't really use the dil exchange but they should fix this.

    will this is new to me,
    firstly i dont have any issues or tho it happens when i dont do the dil exchange,

    but i agree they need to have theses on top of their lists, and i think they need sort that

    first time u did it, 8 weeks later they fixed it. omg doughnuts is all can say to that.

    and its been happening since then , why do cryptic always ignore these bugs...
