Collect Entity Event Rewards Bug

Looks like my KDF alt (Ombar) is having problems with the event reward, after entering 14 crystal shards and collect reward, I get this error

[GroupProjectCollectionFeedback] Failed to collect rewards for "Collect Crystalline Entity Event Rewards". Make sure that you have room in your inventory.

I only have five items in my inventory and nothing in the overflow bag.

Collect rewards worked fine with my Fed main (Luck) and Rom Alt (Vkuk) .. Hmm

Open a ticket.

Logout. Shut down the game.

Start the game up. Login as the Klingon.

Usually that works.

check your doff roster

if you have no free slots, you cant collect the reward (1doff included)

That did not even cross my mind,. so I checked and I had 100 and after removing one it worked..

Yep... that did it.

I was going to delete one but thought I'd just up my account with another 100 roster slots... BOOM.

Went back and tried to get the award and it worked.

No BUG - but there should be a pop-up saying check your roster amount usage &/ or inventory.
