Added the new mission tab in the journal: The Delta Quadrant.

Mission Escalation:
Upon logging in with a level 50 Captain which has completed the mission "Surface Tension", players will be able to accept the mission Escalation in The Delta Quadrant mission tab in the journal.
Mission Mindscape:
Complete the mission Escalation to begin Mindscape.
Cutscenes, text, rewards, and art are not in a final state for this mission.
New Space 5-Man Queue: Borg Disconnected
This is a brand new PVE space queue for level 50 Captains.
There are Normal, Advanced, and Elite versions of the queue.
The Borg Queen has been revived in another Unimatrix in the Delta Quadrant and has started a plan to reunite the divided Borg.
The Borg Cooperative need the Alliances help to keep the Borg free and put a stop to the Queen.
Finally, some real content. Perhaps this will allow us to confirm if Combat grants more XP than before for post-50 players.
I'm also very pleased to hear that the "Nightmare" mode will be added to the queues. I'm still practicing on Normal though till I get the idea of how the Disconnect Queue works. Shouldn't be too hard since I cracked level 51 before now and my Fleet Catian Carrier is packing Dual Elite Obelisk Swarmers.
That reminds me, does this patch fix the bug regarding severe carrier UI and command delay?
EDIT: Just noticed Lvl 51 players still can't use the queues yet. No worries, I have other toons I can use.
WOO! My only disappointment with that read is having to get to level 60 to try the new elite. :P

The "rarity" overlay covers almost 25% of an icon. I suggest making it about 75% transparent instead solid or like the others push the overlay to the background instead of foreground. It spoils the effect really.

I too am curious about how the difficulty increase was done. If it is a simple hull, and damage buff, it will be no different than playing elite STFs we now have with lower tier ships. However, if it means making the enemies smarter, that will be a huge improvement over everything we now have.
Will we be able to pre-team cross factions for these missions, or will we need to keep doing private queues with a full team? And if we cannot do cross faction teaming with the new content at this time, will it be something that will be done in expansion 2?

Standard Difficulty is unchanged.
Players level 51 60 will be scaled down to level 50 for this queue.
Advanced Difficulty replaces what was previously called Elite.
Players level 51-60 will be scaled to level 60 for this queue.
Elite Queues are now level 60 versions of PVE queues.
Only level 60 players can queue for this difficulty setting.
Currently, Borg: Disconnected is the only PVE queue with this setting.

I just read the introductory mission, and you've got a lore problem. I assume that the Jenolan Dyson Sphere is called that because it was discovered by the U.S.S. Jenolan, not because it was near the "Jenolan System".
*Cardassian Galor is missing this command as well, and no it doesn't come back; not in sector space nor in system space. Methinks this probably affects all ships with that command.
*Also the Right and Left arrow icons on the Inventory window to navigate between the 3 tabs are missing if you squeeze it down to the minimum-allowed width (the buttons are still there and function if you click them, but their art is missing).
*And something is wrong with the HUD. If I enter a combat map, enemy health bars and distance meters will disappear when I am looking directly at them, and will only appear if I look away. I have to be within 16KM or else the indicators do not appear. I also cannot select targets when this occurs.

In addition to the lobi consoles, other consoles and also unique weapons and devices like the Subspace Field Modulator, Red Matter Capacitor, [Console - Universal - Fluidic Phase Decoupler], [Console - Tactical - Automated Defense Turret], [Console - Universal - Spatial Charge Launcher], and [Tractor Beam Mine Launcher], Bio-neural Warhead, Lobi Shuttle gear, and Breen Transphasic Cluster torpedo are still Blue as well, just to mention a few, although I'm not sure if Cryptic intends to give all of them the Gold treatment.
Nitpicking is a time-honored tradition of science fiction. Asking your readers not to worry about the "little things" is like asking a dog not to sniff at people's crotches. If there's something that appears to violate natural laws, then you can expect someone's going to point it out. That's just the way things are.
I hate to break it to you, but the Defera Invasion Zone already gives you that temporary promotion to 50. Defera Invasion is one of the best ways, if not THE BEST way, to level a new character, and it is the method I swear by for my own characters.
I would like to say well done with what ever was done on Tribble. It is an amazing improvement in graphics. When LoR came out on to Tribble, it stopped recognizing my video card. I patched today and graphics look and run so much cleaner. My FPS was near 50-60 around the water fall in ESD. On holo deck my FPS runs around 25-35 around the same area. I know there are more people and a demand on the holo deck server, but even while testing some seasons after LoR I have never archived this FPS on Tribble, I attribute most of it to Tribble recognizing my video card, which I put a bug report in for. Well done, and thanks for the hard work.

i knew this was going to happen, you couldnt introduce dr without some sort of details on what and why, figured maybe just 1 mission from the storyline, so 2 is very generous even so. il give it a few hours and then a number of hours after cce run.

dq maps are completely barren, but i expected that. the map you landed in after exiting the sphere shows at the border name: deep space border, the other sector on the other side shows: alpha centauri sector.

Wow you fixed projectile crafting after all this time but nothing in the patch notes. It was a pretty major bug surly it should be in the notes?
I do have one concern. The new procs are massively unbalanced. The Overload and Rapid procs on beams proc over x5 more often than the spr proc on torpedoes. You can only fire 1 torpedo at once so around 7 procs per 100 volleys. Beams and cannons proc 40 times in 100 vollys.
If my math is right that works out at 1 torpedo procs after 10mins of shooting. Compared to 1 proc every 2.5mins for beams.
My [Omni-Directional Phaser Beam Array Mk XII [Acc] [Arc] [Dmg]] now binds to character instead of account. I moved it from one ship to another and got the binding warning. It was bound to account before I moved it to another ship and then it Bound to Character.
Also the Fleet Dreadnought Cruiser lost it's Weapon Aura.

On Tribble, my trays are completely broken. Literally every time I map move, my trays -- both ground and space -- get scrambled apparently randomly. Is this a side effect of the Tribble copy, or a bug?
ETA: Seems to have stopped now. That was... really weird, and I hope it doesn't go to Holodeck (it's bad enough there).
ETA: Nope, still doing it in space. Ground works fine now, at least.
