Can't reach support / can't buy zen or annything other

It seems PWE messed up their webcode reeeeeaaaly bad.
If I try to buy zen the system trys to send me a verification email thats empty, if I try to contact support I get a infinit loop error or a simple site does not respond. ( depends on the browser I try)
So can't change anything on my account, can't buy zen and cannot contact support, since the billing support email address is reported to be void by my mailer demon.
So what now ?
PWE is dead or what ?
