Game Crashes when I try to load Tribble

Hello,

I'm having an issue getting onto the Tribble servers. Every time I hit engage, the game completely crashes. And yes, I am a gold member. And I have also tried re-transfering my account as well using this link: http://www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/sto

Reproduction steps:
1. Start up STO and Login (through ARC)
2. Game crashes on Tribble
3. Restart STO, then get message to verify files. I select yes
4. Login and start Tribble again after file verification is completed/
5. Game crashes again.
6. Repeat steps 1 to 4 about 5 times.
7. Un-installed STO
8. Re-installed STO, patched -everything-
9. Tribble still crashes

Computer specs
AMD X8 FX-8320, Eight Core Socket AM3+ 3.5Ghz CPU
16Gb of Ram
50GB of space still free on main SDD Drive
Nvidia 660 GTX

Any help you can provide in this would be awesome.

Thank you

Maybe a mod could move the thread to the proper section.

Are you using on-demand patching or is that disabled? I recommend never using on-demand patching. Just download the entire game; you will have less problems in general. (Although it might be unrelated to your Tribble crash.)

Also if you get an error reporter, copy/paste the crash number here.

Tried turning on-demand patching "off". Same thing :(
