Unusual Sound playing through STO

There seems to be a Phantom Audio track playing through STO
I'm playing a Foundry Mission "First Cause then Effect" and I'm getting what sounds like Disney's Micky mouse playing in the background.
Its definitely playing through STO, Its comming through STO on my sound mixer, and When I closed STO it stopped, When I loaded up STO again it started again
What on earth is going on here? I'm Playing STO why can I hear Donald duck?
