Unable to log into FED toons

Anytime I try to log into the game on one of my fed toons the game crashes. All of my FED toons were on ESD when I logged out last night.

I know it's not my PC or any of the game files since I can log into both my KDF toons just fine.

I submitted a ticket for what its worth.

    My old account is gone, after the emergency maint. of august 26th, my old password which I had changed two days before would work on neither the game launcher or the arc accounts.

    I submitted a ticket but looks to me as if it's been TRIBBLE, when I finally got the game and the arc account to change my password it let me ingame as a new player only.

    Lifetime sub status, 1400+ days and many toons fed, klink and rommy all gone.

    Ok, never mind. I tried to log in before I left for work to see what happened during a different time and I was able to log into all my fed toons on ESD. Guessing it probably had something to do with a higher volume of traffic on ESD and the instance of ESD i last logged out from.

    Whatever it was I moved all of them off ESD before logging out again.

    You definitely need to submit a support ticket for that (not an in-game ticket).

    I'm also unable to login to my Fed character. The game client disconnects from the server at 88% when I choose either normal login or safe login. My KDF character works fine though and I can login with no issues. Just need to access my Fed character. I think he might have been on ESD as well when I left him.
