Availability of KDF Medical Counselor DOFF...

It's hard to get a Counselor and a Nurse DOFF if you're KDF. Common quality sell for over 5 million EC and Very Rare sell for 75 million EC. Are there other alternatives like maybe purchasing these DOFFs with Fleet Credits or Dilithium?

The KDF equivalent of a Nurse is a Medic, so there aren't any KDF Nurses as far as I know: The Medic has the specialties normally associated with Nurses. The KDF Counselor seems to be a singular oddity. There aren't any others that I've seen. I can only imagine that counseling sessions sound a lot like this.

The problem with KDF Counselor doffs is that they are only available via pure luck.

They aren't available via CXP, Colonization, or mission rewards; you have to get lucky with your Recruitment doffing, and since Vokna is a female Klingon, it's best to focus on Asylum/Protective Custody/Sanctuary assignments on or around Qo'nos. You can also get lucky and trip across one via Rare Duty Officer Reassignment or the Fleet Personnel - Very Rare Quality Duty Officer crates, or even luckier still via the Science Call to Heroes at the Imperial Personnel Officer. Then again, that ordering assumes you're going for Vokna, though I can say that I have only actually seen Common and Very Rare Counselors... and even the Common ones are very rare; the Very Rare ones should be given the special flag of being Ludicrously Rare. :P

As far as buying a KDF Counselor, part of that is simply that the KDF has smaller numbers of players, a portion of which are interested in doffing, and of those they would have to be willing to sell the Counselors they did trip across rather than using them themselves... and useful Medical doffs are hard to come by.
