Zen balance zero?

I'm hoping this is a simple issue but I can't figure out how to transfer Zen.

When I go to "Transfer your Zen" it shows my balance as 0. Can you only transfer Zen you've purchased, not Zen you've accumulated via sub/LT?

    You can either acquire zen (first tab) or sell zen (second tab). Try the second tab; if it still saying that you have 0, check your inventory (assets tab). If there's an inconsistency; make a ticket.

    If you mean to transfer zen between games, then only purchased zen which hasnt been assigned to a game can be transferred. The zen from sub's etc are considered 'promotional points' and are locked to that particular title.
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles
