A certain MMORPG I played that Cyrptic used to develop had this feature to thier exchange. I am not asking for another scifi MMORPG's level of economic feedback, I do like to know what the last sale prices where for any item that I post.
Ancient Griffon insult
That one is so stupid, he lost a Rock/Paper/Scissors game to a Pony.
...talking to players is like being a mall Santa. Everyone immediately wants to tell you all of the things they want, and you are absolutely powerless to deliver 99% of them.
Cheapest price of any item you see on the exchange is the one that hasn't sold. If you have 100 items of that item, that great. 2 or 5 items, now you don't really have a clue if the prices are WAY out there or not. Maybe the item is vary rare cause it hasn't been made or been available, or that the prices you see are from some who are taking a chance on someone being naive.

1: For that to work, they would have to actually FIX the exchange first... It's bugged as f*ck...
2: What does it matter? If you check the cheapest prices, and still post the lowest of those prices, you will still sell your item.
Both very good points. The devs have refused to take the time to fix it because of the amount of time it would take to repair--likely entire days, if not a week in terms of actual hours. And how lazy do you have to be to not check the price of an item? It literally takes seconds.
My Old Blog about things that could and should have been added when I wrote it. Not sure what I want to do with it now. I'll just keep it available now that most of it is outdated.

That's what I do. Search the exchange for the item, get a sense of the current value, and then sell yours at a competitive price.

I heard this is the working title for season 11.
