I ran into this issue for a bit when I installed a second AMD GPU. However it seems fine for me now with 2x R9 290X on the 14.7 drivers.

    There were 2 issues:
    1) I was running in windowed - maximized mode. While you say it's set to full screen just check it, as each time you tab out of the game it'll reset to a windowed mode. Sometimes it does this to me just when I start the game up. also when you enable full screen, click 'Apply' before coming out of the menu or it will revert to windowed mode.

    2) Make sure crossfire is enabled in the catalyst control center, and make sure the tick box to enable crossfire when there are no AMD profiles is checked.

Also the usual standby of making sure you are using the latest drivers. 14.7 Beta RC1 is the latest at the moment I think.

Sorry if any of this sounds patronizing, just covering all the bases.

    GL.

Well, i dont have a clue, but i remember a few weeks back reading someone in the forums that actually was using a crossfire configuration. So, yes, it is possible. Now, knowing how bad optimized STO is, and the problems the game engine will have for almost anything.. getting crossfire to work must be a challenge. That i can tell you.
