Veela/Servin System Patrol Broken *VERIFIED*

The Veela and Servin System Patrol entrance is blocked, I've tried two of my FED characters and I cannot enter the systems.

This could be related to the KDF missions that take place in these systems, if so I believe it might be tricky to fix.

    Sorry to revive a necro thread but the Servin & Veela Patrol accesses are not working
