Exploration Cluster Chain Assignments not generating

When I travel to exploration clusters to continue the chain assignments that reward the blue doffs, I am unable to get any to generate. I have tried both the regular and department head tabs to no avail. I have traveled to multiple clusters in different sectors ( all the clusters in Omega Leonis and Zenas Expanse in Zeta Andromedae) for the last three days and I have not been able to find a chain assignment in any of them. I don't think rarity is an issue since I am at different stages of the chain depending on the cluster. What I did notice is when I went to a cluster where I have already completed an assignment chain (Hromi Cluster) , a support colonzation efforts mission (for a purple doff on crit) did generate. Am I missing something? Is this a bug or did you remove the assignment chain missions from the game?
