Bug: Unable To Complete/Drop Mission

Hi,
New bug with season 9.5.
The mission [Tutorial]: Research & Development can no longer be completed as access to Memory Alpha is no longer available. It also can not be dropped from the Mission log as the Drop button is greyed out.
So basically the mission is stuck in the mission log taking up space with no way to remove it.
