Missing Items from inventory/bank

I returned to playing after a few weeks away. When I went to dilithium mine, I went to find my paladin suit (which I used during the last dil mining weekend) and it is gone. I noticed that the shield and armor from both my Shattering Harmonics set and m Adapated Maco set are gone as well. I have both the weapons from the latter two still, but not the shield armor.

Please don't tell me that I have I have to get them again from the rep system . . .

I just lost my dyson deflector dish as well.

I think it might have been when I tried swapping to a shuttle during Turnabout, while flying the elachi ship, but I can't be certain
