List of Federation NPC's using incorrect old uniforms

After 9.5 came out I decided to level a new Federation character. Having now finished playthroughs of all episode missions I have identified 4 NPCs which I believe are incorrectly using old uniforms.
As all 4 of these are Federation officers or crew I believe they should be in Odyssey uniforms.
- Jirelle Kav on Bajor: Hathon is wearing a Jupiter uniform.
- Rebecca Simmons in Fluid Dynamics, appearing in a dialog box only, is wearing Sierra.
- Tren Renalla in A Step Between Stars, again appearing in a dialog box only, is wearing Antares.
- An unidentified Andorian in Surface Tension, appearing only in the cutscene revealing E'genn to be an Undine and not on the map itself, is wearing Antares.
As all 4 of these are Federation officers or crew I believe they should be in Odyssey uniforms.
