Romulan BOFF

I believe this has been posted before but not sure. I traded my Romulan Blue boff I got from the embassy so I could have him trained in another skill. Well when I traded him he lost his hair and his feet. So now I have a bald Romulan Bridge Officer with no feet this has happened on 2 different Characters now. Can we get a fix for this lol.:D
