    Nooou!!! NPCs are to hard on this game already!! Cryptic, buff motivation and nerf NPCs or you are not going to have my money!

    In fact, dont lisent to all the PVPrs sugestion about 600% crit chance.. they just want us to suffer againts the hard PVE stuff this game have, just give us an "I win button" so I can give Cryptic my

    Not a suggestion, it's a fact. But it's not enough. 1000% or bust.

    Kit Modules:
    Motivation:
    • Reduced duration from 15 seconds to 10 seconds.
    • Increased cooldown from 30 seconds to 45 seconds.
    • Reduced healing maximum before it expires.
    • The effects of Motivation can no longer be stacked by using multiple copies on a team.
    Is it supposed to be a fix?

    Not enough of one. The critical chance needs to go away. Why they make the heal tied to crit and then allow it to raise chance 100% makes no sense. You want it to heal on attacking? JUST MAKE IT HEAL ON NORMAL ATTACKING SO THE INSANE CRIT CHANCE DOESNT BREAK EVERYTHING ELSE. Simple right?

    I pretty much agree.

    Hell, at this point when I play my tac who uses Motivation, I don't even bother to do anything except use Motivation (and sometimes TI if needed), letting everyone else do the work because of how easy it is. If it's a ground STF, sure I will do a bit more than that, but like say...a Deferi run? I'm pretty much just playing 'cheerleader' anymore.
    I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
    I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.

    You can instant kill Armek with Motivation if you use Ambush Duty Officers. Buff (Strike Team + Target Optics + Ambush (x3 Ambush stacks) + Rally Cry + Motivation + Battle Strategies + Power Cell), drop a Plasma Grenade, Aim, Fire Pulsewave Archwave setting, and no more Armek. Also works on the Undine Leader in Undine Infiltration (Elite); you can completely skip the final fight by killing him early through the use of Motivation. I haven't tried the Tholian Leader yet, but I suspect that works as well.

    Soon enough, they'll just remove ground and allow us to complete all missions by orbital bombardment.

    Why put you and your crew at risk when you can just blast stuff from the air-conditioned comfort of your starship?

    I've basically already seen that against Armek. Not quite as clean-cut and efficient as what you said, but with a Motivation and enough stuff to hit him instantly when he can be targeted and he drops fast.

    I wouldn't doubt you could use this against other bosses though.

    OK. People blowing other people up in one shot doesn't make me happy. So we can be even. :P

    So, devs dont like one shooting but they introduce and dont fix Motivation, witch’s makes ground a one shooting fest.

    What it is it then, you devs really like one shooting? If is that true, why adjudicator said he does not like them? Maybe they didnt know that a power that gives a hole team 100% crit chance could make a team a one shooting machine, then I am even more worried because they dont know their game..

    So, what it is?
