any chance of a crystalline entity event before the next half season or season or even before the end of the year.
I only need 2 shards for my rom to finish the shard pet project and it seems like an age since the last event.
When I think about everything we've been through together,
maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,
and if that journey takes a little longer,
so we can do something we all believe in,
I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

Dilithium exchange rates are already high. A CE or Mirror Invasion would flood the market some more, rising prices without a sink to put them into due to lack of new Fleet Holding.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

151 high? your opinion...
The last events had (imho surprisingly) only minor impact on the dilithium price, the double dil weekends were far more noticeable.
*EDIT* And i would not say no, i have a few unfinished Projects ... like a T4 Shipyard with a huge Dlithium gap
Beta, LTA, CE, Multiple preorder Versions, all Addon Packs except AoY, nearly all KDF/Rom and ~50% of all Fedships, over 25 LockboxShips, Endurer of Atari's "Year of Hell", but...
Are people of the opinion most people care about the exchange rate?
We aren't interested in you "profit" margin.

As a F2P player, I keep an eye on the exchange rates. They always tend to jump after events, but they haven't settled down to the 130 range like they used to, most likely because a lot of fleets are hitting T5 starbase and aren't in need of as much Dilithium.
I kinda liked being able to get about 100 Zen for a day's worth of DL.
Also... I remember the days of 300+ when the exchange first launched. Was horrible.

Yeah, the exchange rate's been pretty high since Mirror Invasion, and doesn't really come down anymore, only goes higher after every event that floods the economy with more dil. I hope the new crafting is a popular enough sink to get it back down, but I doubt it will be.

they have other events like this all the time one mores not going to make that much difference.
they have had two Mirror Universe Incursion events since they last did a CE event.
much of the cause of the high exchange rate is that there is not much in the way of dil sinks at the moment, many players have got all the gear they need and many of the starbases have reached top tier.
not to mention the dil weekends taking a big toll.
the effect of a little more dil floating around would be minimal.
besides they don't have to give dil as a prize just cos they do an event, all I`m after is the shards.
the last time they did a CE event was around sept 2013.

The dilithium faucet has more to do with refining limit rather than ore sources anyway. There's hoping that enough ppl will spend it to rush crafting leveling, in order to make gear to sell before the competition drive prices down. I doubt it'll be much of a sink compared to fleet though.
