Where can I get these pistols?

At the dilithium ground requisition officer on the new ESD, there are a number of weapons displayed on the wall behind her. The 2 pistols with the black top covers in the the middlle of this screencap caught my eye.

I have been unable to find them on my own and the fact that weapon icons don't seem to always accurately depict the in game model used makes searching for them that much more frustrating. Does any one know where I might be able to acquire them or if they exist at all as a playable asset?

I think the one on the middle-right is the fleet elite phaser.

I believe the middle two are elite fleet phasers.

They're Elite Fleet phasers, not Advanced. The fatter one is the wide-beam and the smaller is the stun pistol. If you go to the requisitions room on a fleet base, there should be a display on one wall with all of the elite weapons.

If your fleet doesn't have elite ground weapons unlocked (eng T3 I think?), you can buy them off a higher-tier base with just a base invite.

The Phase Pistol looking one is the Elite Fleet Wide Beam, while the other one is the Elite Fleet Stun.
Also... they are on display aboard Fleet Starbases that got that particular special cosmetic project, alonside the rest of the Elite Fleet weapons in a display case in the shop.
