Customer Service is bugged

It would seem your custormer service is bugged or just no one pays attention. I've been a loyal customer for years even through all the gameplay bugs like items disappearing, credits vanishing, ships opening on characters I didn't want them on, etc. Now I try and get some zen today and it says your going over my transaction with a fine tooth comb as if my money isn't trustworthy anymore. Between this and my unanswered tickets I'm beginning to think you want to lose customers. If your trying to irritate your consumer base your doing a really good job. Can I please get some support!!!
