Ship Status Page Not Updating

As my picture shows these stats will not update at all, I have been in Space above Klingon Homeworld, Sector Space, Deep Space Encounters etc and still they will not update...

Any ideas?

    What are you doing to change them, i.e. what's the source of the modifier that's not showing?

    All my weapons, Consoles. switching them out changes nothing.
