enabling cookies and the LTS

im trying to buy the lifetime sub and the arcs website is telling me I need to have cookies enabled to login, so I did that and now its still telling me I need to enable them to login...im using windows 8 not 8.1, is there another place I need to enable them so I can give cryptic my money?

    try using firefox or chrome, I dont have issues with either of those, whereas IE has always had problems for me.

    I used to use firefox before I got my new computer that had windows 8 on it, tried to DL fox and it said it wasn't compatible with windows 8 so I didn't try...maybe I need to go fix that...thanx for the advice, I hate IE
