As we all know, R stands for Reasearch, and D for Development.

D is from the Ooold testamentie beyond Young Abraham, and ye before thie tiny stick of carbon called the 'pencil' Oh, Lords, Amen, the holy metallic ink thy books were written....

Between my delirious moments, I wanna state, that D is technically the known term Development.
In the Eyes of Cryptical Overlords of the misty darkness, it will mean Destruction. Oyh, Veh. the nonbelievers. Some of us will feast in Valhalla, becasue we don't care, but others will become martyrs over a failed patch.

Oh, the horrors of the future; famine and lack of water, violence and deceases... Bah! -I say.

    Wouldn't make any sense, as pretty much every other MMO that has crafting (that I know of) can make comparable gear for nothing but time spent gathering resources and Crafting Skill Level.

    i take it you haven't played a lot of f2p MMOs if you believe that, and many things don't make sense in STO, also if i'm not mistaken several folks said neverwinter's crafting system requires you to buy stuff from the zen store soooo...

    I'm not a crafter on Neverwinter. I've played some WoW a few years ago and all I needed was to go out and get the stuff. I don't know how TOR's Crafting is as I only play that casually.

    Also I believe the key words I used was "that I know of".
