Engineering Kits

I have noticed that on the Engineering kits, no matter what level you get, Mk I, Mk III, Mk V, Mk VII, the Quantum Mortar and the Seeker Drone both stays at level 0. This issue needs to be resolved for a smoother gameplay and to make it worthwhile to upgrade the kits.
