Any chance you could looked up into me account Maxxina@Maxxina and unstuck me 7 K zen which is stucked on dilithium exchange ? I got it there for over a month. I tried to wait and try to take it out from market . I try to wait till maintnance, that usually helped .
I tried to send a ticket via webpage . They said to me : send a ticket via game . I sended a ticket several weeks ago and still nothing happening. Getting kinda tired of that.

I have tihs problem also: I posted an order to buy 5000 Zen at @170. The Exchange was, at the time, rather volatile, with a low quantity on the market at any given price, so in order to get the full order to clear, I posted it above market value.
Although there was sufficient Zen on the market at or below 170 then (and now), 272 Zen never cleared. I was able to subsequently post another buy order at a lower price, which cleared before the 272 remaining, as well as another 272 to fill the amount I didn't receive, which also cleared.
Any attempt to cancel this order returns some "Internal Error" excuse, without specifying what the error was, and it never clears. This has persisted across several maintenance cycles, despite a previous post from Branflakes indicating the problem should have been solved.
When I tried to file a ticket, the ticket system returned an error also, going into an endless referral loop.
Just encountered this issue also. Watched it happen live, trades were going through piecemeal, and then that particular transaction hung and could not be canceled, as it somehow jammed. A second transaction placed afterwards at the same price continued to resolve, so the first transaction was somehow also removed from queue and placed in limbo, never to apparently resolve.
I don't think it was any particular action taken on their part, because I've encountered this several times now, and it occasionally just slowly resolves on its own, either in whole or part, particularly after maintenance.
Reviving necro thread . Last week after update find out that 3 Slots got stucked with 9991 Zens. Tried waiting for maintnance. Didnt help at all . Ticket sended . And reviving it here. Cause you know, tickets from time to time are not the most effective way to get a help .

I'll look into this.
