Sunglasses won't work on Gorn (#2,540,510)

Sunglasses won't work on Gorn.

Types tested: Octagon, Small Round, Shield, Visor

Outfit types tested: Uniform, Off Duty, Swimwear, Formal

Where tested: Risa tailor, Qo'NoS First City tailor

Acquired from: Exchange

None of the sunglasses options show up on any pulldown on the Head tab, nor any pulldown on the Uniform tab. There are no pulldowns on the Body tab.

I've tried modifying existing outfits of all types, as well as creating new outfits (only tried Swimwear and Off-Duty on new outfits).

I can provide screenshots if needed.

Note: If this is working as designed, then the sunglasses boxes shouldn't be openable by Gorn.

Then why can the boxes be opened and the pieces unlocked by them?

Either they need to be made to work, or they need to be made to be un-openable to those species.

They are openable by gorn so that you can use them on your bridge officers.

Sorry if you feel cheated by this, but you really should have done your research before making the purchase.

They mentioned last year that gorn could not use the summer glasses but they didn't repeat that little fact. Only sunglasses-like item that works well with gorn are the Dyson eyewear.

Awright, fair enough. My bad for not looking carefully.

But I wish they'd taken the extra time to make them work on those species.

The thought of my Gorn in neon-multicolored shorts and a pair of bangin' shades was too good to pass up.
