Additional Uniform Read-only Bug

This bug exist to long so i think its never gonna be fix.
Here it is :
Klingon TAC toon I bought 2 additional slots 2 years ago from that day I couldn't use those slots, what is even worse all uniforms was read-only can't edit,delete nor wear.
Why I bought 2 additional slots 2 years ago which i can't use ? to have 5 I think but after 2 years I can still use just 1 instead 5.
I would politely ask Cryptic to delete all my uniforms and make me space to build new ones !!
Or make option delete uniform or what ever !!!!!

I AM PISSED OFF AFTER 3 YRS. I STILL CAN'T USE OR CHANGE OR DELETE OUTFIT IN 3 OF 5 OUTFIT SLOTS ON MY KLINGON TOON !
