Well im not sure what to do but ho i put 2 deflectors in my ship?

and where i get the no MK version of it?

as you can see it asks for 2 deflectors to have 4/4

It's very possible that the other, No Mark version, might be a secondary deflector that they're eventually going to add.

Meaning that only Science Vessels will be able to get the 4/4 set.

Or it's a bug.

There is no second deflector, that's a leftover bug from when the set was a 4-piece that involved a console as well, prior to the of the reputation system and the shift of the set as a reputation project instead of a STF drop.
