Unable to use Floater

Has anyone had any trouble using their permanent floater (not the rental that is way over priced) it has been 2 days now and I am unable to use the floater which means I cant get the pearls for the ship. I've already lost last years floater cause of another bug that deleted it from my inventory. which isn't a big deal. I've submitted a bug report but they are so busy I doubt I will get a response in time therefore missing out on this years ship prize. I'm hoping this posting will catch enough attention in order for them to get on it and then compensate those whom are affected

    Firstly: What does "unable to use floater" mean? Are you saying that when you equip it that the activation button is grayed out? Are you standing inside of the resort lobby or on the dance floor? Which floater did you buy? What steps have you taken to try getting it to work? We need some more details to help figure out a solution.

    Secondly: The rental costs 1000 energy credits. If that's "overpriced" you should probably ask others for play advice. A single ship shield loot drop from an enemy NPC will give you enough EC to rent floaters for an entire month.

    I too can't equip or use my floater. Even a rental one. Its is a bind not able to collect the pearls or favours.
