How to rep up a new toon during the Risa Event ...

So this is what happened to me when I was about to give sponsorship tokens to a new toon of mine who had reached lvl 50, beamed to new Romuls and so on ...
The Claim the Sponsorship token was not appearing whatsoever and I was wondering why ...
Then I had an idea : I went to the Events tab, I just activated the Unlock the Summer Even vendor, without transwarping to Risa and then all of the Claim the Sponsorship tokens have appeared.
Bug or not, do like this.

    It is a common procedure. Sponsorship claims most of the times are not available until you slot a project and you cancel it. Its a "bug" or just a little issue that is present since really long time. It happened in all my chars since i started playing lol.
