Blotchy skin

I was playing STO less than 8 hours ago and all was well.
Just logged on (tried restarting computer too) and All the skin looks like this:

Anyone experienced this before?

It looks like somehow my character detail and world texture settings under the ADVANCED tab were at zero and this was the result. Strange and messy.
Sorry to bother you... I couldn't find a way to delete the thread.
