Invisible floater

When I equip superior (black) floater on my Reman (lvl.50,kdf allied) toon, I can fly but the floater is invisible and it doesn't give any sound.

I experienced this last year during summer event and bug keeps appearing this time too.

But when I edit my outfit at the tailor, floater can be visible again..until I log in next time and try to equip it - invisible again.

I also noticed that when I go to the tailor to edit the Risian explorer outfit I'm wearing, it is messed up so I have to pick off-duty section again, and each peace of outfit too.
