KDF Officer of the Watch - Bug not Fixed after 2 years

With Officer of the Watch missions being upped to 20 Fleet Marks, I decided to do it again and noticed that the KDF Cadet Inspection is still bugged with that 1 perfect cadet, which prevents the mission from being completed.

2015-07-26 - This mission is STILL bugged, so you can make that 3 years.

I'd like to add that it's gotten 1 step weirder. If I let the Bekk's fall out on their own and call a new group to toe the line, the one that lined up on the 3rd group was a jackal mastiff. /facepalm
