Duty Officer Roster slots+100 dont work

Hi
i got 5 character's
3 federation
1 klingon and 1 roumlan
i purchase the +100 slots on my roumlan character and it didnt apply to the rest of my characters
i use the in game gm help and i got the standart mail that tell me that they will sand me mail
i didnt got that mail (104 days ago) !!!
i buy the game when it was out

    That's because DOFF slot increase is a character only unlock. If you want it on all the characters you have to buy it on them.

    Well - at least in the german translation - it's not 100% clear. It sounds like 100 DOFFs for "all" chars.

    So @decronia thanks for this info - and @pumbason for asking this question. I acutally was unsure when I read the description in the store and found this thread.

    I'll sleep over it before spending that amount of ZEN for only one char.
