The problem: The new Counter-Command Multi-Conduit Energy Relay does not modify the radiation damage of the Hargh'peng torpedo.
Background: The Hargh'peng functions as follows:
(1) The torpedo makes an initial impact on the target that does damage to the shields and hull (kinetic).
(2) There are sixteen ticks of radiation damage.
(3) A secondary detonation deals kinetic damage to the hull.
The CCMC Energy Relay lists that it gives a +26.2% Radiation damage bonus.
I ran a few test scenarios and it revealed that the CCMCER console did not modify the radiation component of the Hargh'peng at all. Sadly, modifying the radiation tick is mostly meaningless anyways as it is such a small component of the overall damage.
Six engagements with nothing but Hargh'peng damage output, no console.
Torpedo strikes (non-crit): 39
Average radiation tick (non-critical): 56.35
Twelve engagements with nothing but Hargh'peng damage output, console equipped.
Torpedo strikes (non-crit): 96
Average radiation tick (non-crit): 56.19
