Item duplication

Well it would seem that somewhere between last night and this morning my Solanae set, obelisk warpcore and plasmonic leech all duplicated themselves into my inventory. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197962902552/screenshot/3299197168691975616

How am I suppose to address this issue without exploiting it by recycling the new set of solanae and warp core and getting ec from it? :eek:
