Delta Volanis is Inaccessible for KDF Faction

The "popup" that spawns when you get within a certain range of a new zone entrance doesn't show up for KDF that try to enter Delta Volanis. It has been like this for months and months. The only way a KDF can enter this zone is to have a Fed invite them to their bridge.

    This has unfortunately been the case since November, when I started the original thread on the matter. Sadly, it seems to not be important enough to even warrant a mention in the master list of known issues.
