My Klingon character is currently locked...

I went into orbit of Qo'noS yesterday night to switch around the power tray of my newly outfitted Mirror Universe Negh'Var. After about a minute, probably less, the game crashed and kicked me back out to the desktop.

I restarted the game, "verified files" (whatever that means) automatically, and went back onto my character. Again, the game crashed after about a minute.

I went through the process again, and now I can't even load the map. The map loads to 90% and then crashes. This is constant and consistent. I waited until this morning, thinking it might have been a glitch or server maintenance. I still can't access the character...

So, now I can't access my Klingon character at all. I am locked out of a character because of these damn crashing issues that started with the release of Season 9! Please, Cryptic, look into this! If you are, TELL US! And tell us when it might be fixed, because Season 9 is great, but it also broke my game! Constant crashing, constant resetting of my graphics settings!

This sounds like a very isolated incident (as if it was this bad there would be a lot more commotion involved). My next suggestion would be instead of doing a verify on the files, try doing a safe mode login which should bump you to the last social map (or the space map)

I have the same problem. Everytime I select my FED Engineer (on ESD) I get to the loading screen and sometimes it loads and then CTDs and other times it doesn't get past the loading page. It never gives me the chance to do a safe login.

I'm sure this isn't isolated, as many members of my fleet have had similar issues all over the game. I personally have been kicked back to the desktop from ESD (ground and space), Qo'noS (ground and space), and especially the Dyson Sphere (all three sections). However, this is the first time I haven't been able to log back in at all. I've seen many others complaining of similar issues.
