Undine/8472 Rep Stuck

So, Customer Service seems like they didn't even read my request for help (they said to "wait 30 minutes and see if the project grants the rewards" but I specifically mentioned the project isn't complete which would make an interesting exploit if I could get rewards for incomplete projects), and instead asked me to try posting here.

Anyway, working on the new rep, I just completed enough daily projects for Tier 1. I queued up the tier 1 one project with one copy of the hourless project still queued but empty of investment.

I put my 5 marks into the Tier 1 project and they appear to progress the hourly project instead and the tier 1 doesn't tick over into completed with the 15 second counter. So I click up to the hourly project. It has 5 marks, but will not let me add any more to it, both the experience and money fields are empty and yet the contribute field is greyed out. In the tier 1 project it is showing 0/5 marks and contribute is greyed out.

No option to cancel either project is available. So I can't add more, can't queue anything else up, and can't complete either one. The rep is just completely stuck.

Been this way since Monday night. Any suggestions?

Aluminum iMac, running Windows vista in BootCamp. 4G ram, Intel dual core 2.8ghz, ATI mobility radeon HD 2600 XT graphics card. I only had STO running when the issue occured.

I'm hoping today's patch will force something to happen.

The patch didn't fix it but I was able to cancel the hourly project. The tier 1 is still stuck though.

After today's patch, still stuck.

Also, customer service has officially said they cannot/will not help and my only option is a bug report and to hope you do something.

for at least 2 days now my undine rep is stuck i'm 4 projects away from tier 5.

In your Upgrade slot, slot a project and then cancel it. That usually fixes the issue for me.
If that doesn't work, use the regular project slot to slot a project and then cancel.

Thanks for your help, after a bit of playing around with it, it has fixed itself for now.
