Second Wave Confrence Room Bug

Hello, I have a problem sitting in the chair at the comferance room.
There is supposed to be a click on to sit in the chair, ilke enter system, open crate,
dock at station, ect. It does not pop up. without this icon I cannot move on. This is my 5TH
character.
any help to resolve this issue?

    Tried to just double click on any of the chairs?? or that is the problem? i remember finishing this mission i think a few days ago and didnt have any problems.
