Bug Report in STO Skills and Space Doffs

Bug Report:
Current Ship: (Breen) Chel Grett Warship
problem:
When I changed to this ship on Monday (28th April) I beamed up to Sol Sector to find half of my skills were missing. On top I found that my Space Doff Officers had been reverted with the good ones taken out and the rubbish one put in. I changed it all back so it was right and jumped to Deep Space Nine.
Upon arriving at DS9 I saw I hadn't put an EVA suit on my inventory and so nipped onto DS9 and got one from my bank but upon beaming back to my ship I saw my skills\Space Doffs had reverted again and I have tried changing ships and all the other things from my side and I know my side is working perfectly. So I put in a ticket and support came back telling me what I already knew 'It is a Bug in the game and to do a Bug Report'.
SO I filled out a bug report and had hoped that they would sort it out when they did the patching today (Thursday) but having logged in I see they haven't done a thing. If anyone else has had this problem then please reply to this post.
