Energy Weapons Officer limited to 1?

I can not slot a second Energy Weapons Officer for active duty. Originally I had 2 or 3 on duty. No error message appears.

    ZZZZ i wonder if someday people will use the search function of the forums, seriously.

    This is a known bug, you should search the forums.
