Ship Loadouts not working

Ok Yesterday my loadouts worked fine today everytime I switch ships now I get a message saying some of your items cannot be equipped. And then all the items I have slotted our blank after a couple minutes. I saved all my loadouts up in space and when I beam down to spire command and to switch ships nothing is being saved. Bridge officers are loading correct per ship and same with Doffs. but ship equip and consoles are not.
