Traits not carrying over

I am one of the many who, prior to the new trait system was T5 on all of the available reputation events. After the changeover to the new system however none of the earned traits crossed over on my character. I can also not simply restart the rep process as since they have been completed I am incapable of starting them again.

I have used to the in game system to request GM help as well as sending in a Bug Report, so I am now taking the additional futile steps of recording it here, knowing full well that absolutely nothing will be done to correct or explain this issue, just as has been the case with every other bug report I have made in the past.

On the off chance someone knows how to correct this issue please advise.

I have the same exact issue and have not seen a response to my ticket. It looks like they are pretty busy with S9 issues, some of which affect a majority of the community, I guess it will take them some time to get to us.
