Is it possible to get ZEN transferred?

So I made the stupid mistake of purchasing ZEN on the wrong account online and I'm just wondering if I can somehow get it transferred to my proper account that has my characters connected.
I've made a ticket on the Arc website, but I'm not sure how long it will take for a response.(Is that even the right place for that?)

    Most likely it will not be able to be transferred, however only the billing team can answer that one and yes, submitting a ticket on the ARC website works :)
