Unable to choose Infected skin type for Liberated BOFF anymore....

Just made a new character recently(after S9), and was editing all my boffs uniforms, and when I got to my Liberated Borg(Federation) I am unable to choose infected as a skin type/Head type/Base Complexion. So now my Liberated Borg looks like a pasty weirdo. I am hoping this is fixed soon.
