DOFF Displacement

Hey, I keep getting the message "[LoadoutOwnerItemsMissing] Unable to assign some duty officers to the active roster" about once an hour. It loads some old Doffs that were once in my active space slots a while back (the same three every time), and it always leaves the other two active space slots empty. I've had no trouble with the ground doffs doing this, so hopefully it's only in space.
